The founders of Casa Anita in Paris are David and Andrea, a married couple with a passion for gastronomy. His inspiration to create the restaurant comes from his desire to offer a culinary experience focused on quality ingredients and a close and familiar atmosphere. The name of the restaurant pays tribute to his daughter Anita, which reflects his personal and family approach to the gastronomic proposal, where seafood, fish and traditional cuisine are the protagonists.
